 Cake Truffles

Here's to a first attempt on cake truffles.  I made about 60 and they took me about 5 hours from start to finish.  They are just slightly bigger than a golf ball.  Quite delicious.  I really hate the term "CAKE BALLS" I think it sounds disgusting, so I've renamed them cake truffles instead.  And besides that's what they basically are anyways.  They turned out fabulous.  I think as I keep making them, they will get easier and a little faster to make.  I really love these! The white chocolate ones are white sour cream cake with cherry icing mixed in.  The chocolate ones are white sour cream cake with vanilla icing and a milk chocolate outside and dark chocolate drizzle.

I'm charging $1.00 each for a plain one
or $1.25 for one with something in the center like chocolate, cherries, candies, etc.
These can be made with any flavor of cake and icing.
Sprinkles are an option and fun touch.
